Hello. I’m Kelly and you’ve reached kdiddy.org. Prior to being at this location, I kept a LiveJournal for over five years. Pretty much anything you need to know about me can be found there.

As for my vital stats, I can tell you that I’m 29. I’ve been married a little over a year to the husband, who was officially the boyfriend for about six years prior to that. We have a 6-year-old son. I rarely, if ever, use their names out of respect for their privacy (or what’s left of it after 5 years of blogging), but I trust that you can figure out that the recurring characters referred to as “the husband” and “the baby” are those fine gentlemen.

As an aside, the subtitle of this blog is a reference to the first words I said when my son was presented to me right after his birth, which were, “Is that mine?” I had a c-section, for the record, and was very out of it. I’m not that easily confused.

I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2003 with a degree in writing, so there’s my credentials. Last year I started working, part-time, on my MA in Professional Writing. I also work full-time. Obviously, I’m pretty busy and stressed out, especially during the school year. I surely devote too much time to writing for my own pleasure, but it’s really my sanctuary. I’m not a woman of many talents, but somehow words have always worked for me.

In addition to this little corner of the internet, you can also find me over at MamaPop.com where I write pop culture nuggets or by picking up a copy of Alternative Press, in which I write about bands made up of boys who are much younger than me.

If you need to reach me, please send email to kdiddy.org at gmail.com.
