Final assignment 1 of 3: Done.
Due at: 1:30 p.m. today
Completed at: 1:10 p.m. today
I will make no claims as to the quality of the paper, since “done” was what I was shooting for. I aim high. The more you know, n’at.
At some point, someone remind me to think about how I want to go bowling soon and how I might make that happen.

Please tell me you are going to Arsenal. I went bowling there over Thanksgiving for the first time in like 2 years. I love that place.

Oooh, I wonder if I’ll have time to go bowling while I’m in Pgh for Christmas. You have inspired a craving, and most of the options here in Boston are candlepin. Or they consider REAL bowling a novelty so they have it at expensive places that sell fancy cocktails.

Lizzie. WHAT? That is absurd!

As they say in Japan, “BORRRINGU!” ^_^
Hell, given a nice evening ahead of me, I’d even consider coming to the Pitt to bowl with the stars. Us Bawlmerians know how to bowl, though we also have lotsa duckpin alleys. I even remember Pinbusters on TV! </geezer>

I am so serious. The two easily-accessible-by-public-transit options for real bowling are Lucky Strike and King’s. You can tell from the websites what those places are like. I’ve been to one normal dive-y alley that has both candlepin and tenpin, but to get there without a car, you have to take the T to the end of the line and then walk along the highway a little bit, so I don’t go often. I’m sure there are other options in the area if you have a car, but around here bowling is candlepin unless otherwise specified. Weird.
And there is my dissertation on Boston Bowling.
